About Meagan Hayes

Meagan Hayes brings a unique blend of real estate experience, marketing insight, and operational excellence to her role as Associate Listing Manager at The CREM Group. With a background in property management, executive support, and client-facing roles at both boutique and corporate levels, Meagan has a proven ability to manage complex logistics while delivering a client-centric experience.

 

Prior to joining The CREM Group in 2025, Meagan worked with MRKT Real Estate and the Irvine Company, where she managed leasing, vendor coordination, and resident relations. She also has deep experience in administrative operations and marketing strategy, developed through roles in real estate, wellness, and consumer goods. This diverse expertise allows her to support The CREM Groups’s listings with both precision and creativity.

 

Based in our Newport Beach office, Meagan is known for her positive energy, detail-oriented mindset, and passion for helping clients navigate every step of the sales process. She holds a Bachelor of Science from San Diego State University and is also a certified personal trainer and lifelong athlete. She lives an active lifestyle and enjoys running, yoga, strength training, cooking, and long walks with her dog.
