About Matt Stark

Matthew Stark is a Los Angeles native and is the newest member of The CREM Group. He got his start in real estate working with investors to calculate value add projects in the greater Los Angeles area. For the past two years, he was the client relationship manager for a niche real estate brokerage that dealt with court supervised transactions, including full authority probate, limited authority probate, trust and estate, receiverships, partition actions, and more.

Matt is now taking on the role of Business Development Manager for The CREM Group. He will be utilizing the knowledge and skills he has accrued in his previous experience to help navigate administrators, executors, and trustees through the complexities of court supervised transactions.

Matt joined The CREM Group in part because of the operations and systems we’ve institutionalized that contribute to smooth transactions with clear communications to all concerned parties. He looks forward to sharing that information with attorneys and fiduciaries that could benefit from a relationship with The CREM Group.
