Bles Simpao brings more than two decades of experience in property management accounting and financial operations. With a strong background in accounts receivable and accounts payable, she plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes that support CREM’s property management operations. Known for her reliability, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities, Bles helps keep day-to-day financial systems running smoothly while supporting both property managers and clients.

Prior to joining the team, Bles spent many years managing full-cycle accounting functions within the property management industry, including rent collection, vendor payments, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. She has extensive experience working with property management platforms such as AppFolio and Yardi and has overseen financial processes across numerous properties and bank accounts.

Earlier in her career, Bles worked as an Assistant Property Manager overseeing operations for a large multi-family community, where she handled tenant relations, coordinated maintenance requests, and assisted with housing program compliance. This hands-on operational experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of both the financial and practical aspects of property management.

Bles studied Accounting through UCLA Extension and continues to expand her technical knowledge through ongoing professional training. She is recognized by colleagues for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to manage complex tasks with efficiency and care.
